Return Policy

Online Refunds

Items in their original condition (with tags attached) are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery. All customized clothing and sale items (including items purchased during promotional events) are considered final sale.

 

Please email ceciliawoo.us@gmail.com within 14 business days of receiving your merchandise (based off the date of delivery attached to your tracking number) with your order number, a list of the items you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. Once our Client Experience team receives your request they’ll email you back with the next steps. Please note that customers are required to cover return shipping costs.

CECILIA WOO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier.

CECILIA WOO is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility ONLY. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.


NOTE: CECILIA WOO does not issue any price adjustments across all collections. CECILIA WOO does not currently offer returns on any international orders (outside of USA).

 

Sale Items 

All Sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges allowed on this item.

 

Customs & Import Fees

You as the customer, will be responsible for all import duties and customs fees levied by the country you reside in. Please pay for these fees in order to release your package from customs.
